Where We Deliver

Body Shop delivers only to physical addresses located in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii; no P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses) and Canada (all provinces and territories). We do not ship to any other country.

Order Processing

  • Processing takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is processed.

Carriers

We select carriers based on destination and package size (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post).

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you after shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada Only)

For Canadian orders:

  • You are the importer of record.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  • We have no control over these charges.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is lost or damaged. We will investigate and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
