You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • The item is in original packaging (tags, boxes, inserts included).
  • The return is due to a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, damage before delivery, other verifiable quality problem).

Returns for reasons like “changed my mind” will be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

How to Return

  1. Email info@thebodyshop.lol with your order number, issue description, and photos (if possible).
  2. You will receive a reply within 1 business day with a free return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Free return shipping – we cover the cost. No restocking fee.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Since original shipping was free, no deduction applies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.

Wrong or Defective Item Received

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong or defective item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
