Q: Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?

A: No. We ship only to the United States and Canada.

Q: Is shipping really free?

A: Yes. Every order receives free shipping to any valid address in the US or Canada. No minimum purchase.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A:

  • United States: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Canada: 5–8 business days after processing

Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal only.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: A 30‑day return policy for quality‑related issues (defects, damage, or other quality problems). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: No. We provide a free return shipping label. No restocking fee.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: After we receive your return, we process refunds within 1–2 business days. The refund then appears on your payment method in 7–10 business days (bank dependent).

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: No. Return the original item and place a new order.

Product Quality

Q: What counts as a “quality issue”?

A: Manufacturing defects, pre‑delivery damage, or any other verifiable quality problem. Change of mind is not covered.
