Accepted Payment Methods

We accept only the following:

  • MasterCard (credit and debit)
  • PayPal (balance, linked bank account, or cards through PayPal)

We do not accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, gift cards (except our own store credit, if issued), wire transfers, cash, checks, or cryptocurrency.

Currency

All transactions are in United States Dollars (USD) . If you use a non‑USD payment method, your bank or PayPal will apply the exchange rate.

Payment Security

  • Credit card payments go through a PCI Level 1 certified gateway.
  • We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • PayPal payments are completed on PayPal’s website – we do not see your login credentials.

Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We may cancel any order if billing information cannot be verified.

Authorization Holds

A temporary authorization hold may appear on your payment method. This is not a charge and will be released if the order is not processed or is canceled.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, we will notify you by email. You may try again with the same or another accepted method. We are not responsible for declines caused by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.

Taxes

  • United States orders: Sales tax calculated at checkout based on shipping address and applicable laws.
  • Canadian orders: You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees – these are not collected by us and are not included in the listed price.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timing is described in our Return And Refund Policy.
